“ First things first, the food is incredibly delicious!! The bolon mixto, guatita, and caldo de bola is to go for because the taste of everything is beyond words..SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! Secondly, I love the new look!! More spacious and comfortable!! And last but least, shout out to the owners and staff!! They excel in service!! They make you feel at home and serve with smiles, kindness, and patience!! This is why I always come here to eat whether it’s by myself or with my son!! “ I come to Galapagos specifically to eat their Bolon de Verde Mixto y Pinto. Mixto means it has chicharron and cheese, Pinto means they use a sweeter plantain. It's not traditional, but I love eating it here. With the Bolon, I like to order the encurtido salad with an egg on the side and black coffee. I usually pay about 15 all together. Service was great, they were very fast. They also remodeled and it feels very homey and clean. You'll usually just find other Ecuadorian locals here. ”
